This customer needed a new hot water system. We Installed a new instantaneous gas hot water system (Instantaneous gas hot water systems don't have storage tanks and heat water only when required). We disconnected and removed the old storage hot water system, supplied and fitted a new instantaneous gas hot water system on outside wall, and ran new copper tubing from old tank to new system.
